Wholesaler Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the supply of all goods by Splendette to wholesale customers from the date they are accepted via the website. By placing a wholesale order you confirm your acceptance of these terms.
Wholesale Account
Access to the Splendette wholesale website requires a wholesaler login, which is issued by Splendette. This login is personal to your business and must not be shared with any third party. Splendette reserves the right to withdraw access at any time.
All goods purchased via wholesale must be for the sole purpose of resale through your business.
Ordering
Our core continuity range is available to order at any time via the wholesale website. Seasonal ranges are sold on a presale basis and are communicated via our wholesale mailing list. We recommend you remain signed up to ensure you do not miss new ranges or updates.
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) on all orders is £150 (wholesale value). Orders cannot be completed below this threshold.
Orders are not confirmed until items have shipped. We aim to ship within 2 working days, though this may be longer during busy periods. If your order is urgent, please advise us in advance at hello@splendette.com.
Once payment has been made, orders cannot be combined or amended. If an amendment is required, the order will need to be cancelled and re-raised.
Shipping and Carriage
Carriage charges are based on wholesale order value as follows:

All values refer to wholesale order values. Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail or DHL.
All non-UK orders may be subject to customs fees and taxes, which must be covered by the buyer. Splendette is not responsible for any of these charges.
EU orders do not include VAT. VAT will be payable at the point of entry into the EU and is the responsibility of the receiving business.
Payment
Payment is due in full prior to shipping. Orders will not be released without payment. All payments are managed via the wholesale website.
Payment is accepted by debit or credit card only. We do not accept PayPal for wholesale orders.
Any unpaid presale invoices will be cancelled prior to the main product launch. If you are unable to pay for a presale order, you must notify us by email prior to the due date. Failure to do so could result in your wholesale account being cancelled.
Shortages, Damages and Faulty Items
Any shortages, breakages, or faults must be reported to us within one week of receiving your order. Please contact us at hello@splendette.com with details and, where possible, photographs. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We allow a 1.5mm tolerance smaller or larger on bangle measurements. Bangles within this tolerance are not considered faulty.
Resale and Permitted Channels
Wholesalers are permitted to sell Splendette products via their own website and in store. Sale via any third party platforms or vendors (including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and similar marketplaces) is not permitted.
Splendette reserves the right to amend permitted resale channels at any time. You will be notified in writing of any changes.
Sale items purchased via the wholesale website may be resold, however no sale discount is applied to the wholesale price of these items.
New Range Launch Embargo
If you receive new ranges prior to Splendette's public launch date, they must not be made available for sale until Splendette has launched them publicly. Any wholesaler found to be selling new ranges ahead of our launch will receive one written warning. A second breach will result in immediate cessation of supply.
Confidentiality
All wholesale pricing information is strictly confidential. You must not share, publish, or disclose wholesale pricing or any other confidential information communicated by Splendette without our prior written consent.
Images and Intellectual Property
You are permitted to download images from the Splendette website for use on your own website and social media to promote Splendette products. The following conditions apply:
- All images used on your website must be credited to Splendette.
- All images used on social media must tag @splendette and include #splendette.
Splendette, the Splendette logo, and all jewellery designs remain the sole property of Splendette. Any reproduction of designs, logos, or images beyond the permitted use above is strictly forbidden. Use of any intellectual property beyond these terms must be agreed in writing prior to publishing.
Termination and Refusal of Supply
Splendette reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders and to terminate wholesale accounts at any time. Any breach of these terms will result in immediate cancellation of orders and may result in the termination of your wholesale account.
General
Splendette is a VAT registered business in the UK. VAT number: GB 279763833.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
