When you place an order we collect your name, email address, postal address, phone number (if provided), and payment details. Payment card data is processed securely by our payment providers and is not stored by us.

Lawful basis: Contract performance - we need this information to fulfil and deliver your order.

Retention: Order records are kept for 7 years in line with HMRC requirements. You may request deletion of personal details beyond what is legally required by contacting us.

3.2 Account Registration

If you create an account on our website, we store your name, email address, order history, and any saved preferences or addresses.

Lawful basis: Contract performance and legitimate interests (providing a better shopping experience).

Retention: Account data is kept for as long as your account is active. You can request account deletion at any time.

3.3 Email Marketing

If you sign up to our mailing list, we store your email address and, where provided, your name. We use this to send you newsletters, product updates, and promotional emails. We use Klaviyo to manage our email marketing; their privacy policy is available at klaviyo.com.

Retention: Until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email or by contacting us directly.

3.4 Contact Enquiries

When you contact us via our website contact form or by email, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry.

Lawful basis: Legitimate interests - responding to customer enquiries.

Retention: Enquiry data is kept for up to 2 years.

3.5 Rewards Programme

If you participate in our rewards programme, we collect data relating to your purchases and reward points balance in order to operate the scheme.

Lawful basis: Contract performance and legitimate interests.

Retention: For the duration of your participation in the programme.

3.6 VAT Compliance

To comply with European VAT regulations, we use EAS Project (easproject.com) for VAT reporting. They process certain transaction data including billing address and purchase details solely for the purpose of VAT reporting to European tax authorities. 3.7 Website Analytics and Cookies

  • EAS Project: for EU VAT compliance (see section 3.6).

  • Yotpo: for customer reviews and our rewards programme.

All third party processors are required to handle your data securely and in accordance with applicable data protection law. We have data processing agreements in place where required.

6. International Data Transfers

Some of our third party service providers, including Klaviyo and Google, are based in the United States. Where your data is transferred outside the UK or European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the relevant authorities.
