Wholesaler Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to the supply of all Goods by us to you from the date that you accept these Terms and Conditions via the website.
All Splendette wholesale is currently managed via email. We recommend you sign up to our mailing list here:
This will ensure you don't miss any new ranges or updates.
All goods bought via wholesale must be for the sole purpose of selling via your business.
Payment is due prior to shipping. We will not release an order without payment.
Invoices will be sent via Xero and can then be paid online via the Stripe payment platform.
Payment is by debit or credit card only. We do not accept PayPal for wholesale.
The MOQ on all orders is £150 wholesale and carriage charges are as follows:
UK £150-£299 there is a £12 shipping fee, £300+ Carriage paid
EU £150-£499 there is a £15 shipping fee, £500+ Carriage paid
ROW £150-599 there is a £25 shipping fee, £600+ Carriage paid

Your order is not confirmed until items have shipped. Any ordering errors cannot be amended post-payment, we will need to cancel the order and re-raise.
We must be notified of any shortages or breakages on wholesale orders within one week of you receiving the goods.
We sell our core continuity range via our wholesale platform and that can be ordered all year round from there. Seasonal ranges are sold on a presale basis via our mailing list. You will receive emails about seasonal ranges throughout the year.
You can only access the wholesaler site with a wholesaler log in and this log in must not be shared with anyone else.
You will not be able to complete your wholesale order until you have reached the MOQ.
We cannot combine orders once payment has been made.
Deliveries will be processed as soon as possible, we aim to ship within 2 working days, however, at busier times, it could take longer. If your order is urgent, please advise this via email on hello@splendette.com.
Items are sent either via Royal Mail or DHL. If you notice your delivery has an error or you notice damage or a fault with an item, please advise us via email, within a week of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
You are permitted to sell online on your own website and in store. Splendette reserves the right to change this at any time. You will be notified in writing of any changes. Customers are not permitted to sell via any third party vendors or platforms.
If you receive new ranges prior to our launch date, they must not launch until we also launch. Anyone selling new ranges before us will receive one warning, after that we will cease supply.
All pricing information is strictly confidential and can be accessed on the website. You shall keep pricing information confidential and shall not use or share any confidential information communicated by us to you without our prior written consent.
All EU orders on the website no longer include VAT so you will be required to pay VAT on the point of entry to the EU.
You are able to buy sale items via the wholesale website, however, you will not receive any sale discount on these items.
You are able to download images from the Splendette website for use on your own website. If Splendette images are used, they must be credited to Splendette. All Splendette images used on social media must be credited to, tagged with Splendette and must use #splendette.
Splendette reserves all rights to refuse sales at any point. Any breach of these terms will result in immediate cancellation of orders.
Splendette, the Splendette logo and all jewellery designs remain the sole property of Splendette. Any reproduction of these is strictly forbidden. All photographs, logos and images remain the sole property of Splendette. Use of any intellectual property must be agreed prior to publishing.
Splendette is a VAT registered business in the UK.
