What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via credit and debit cards and also PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Klarna. Hurrah! Our site is fully secure. We also use Stripe  - a powerful and trusted payment handler to make sure your card details are kept safe at all times.

I’ve changed my mind! Can I change my order?

Yes! It's totally fine to change your order, as long as it hasn't shipped and you ordered in GBP (this is a Shopify thing, sadly). Just drop us a mail on hello@splendette.com and we'll sort it out.

I made a mistake on my shipping address! Can I change it?

Provided your order hasn’t yet shipped, that should be fine. Please contact us on hello@splendette.com as soon as you can with the correct address.

How long will my delivery take?

We’ll always aim to send your order within 48 hours of receiving it but, if we’re away at a show or something similar, there may be a slight delay. We will send your order via Royal Mail 24 or 48, depending on which service you select. You should receive your item in less than 5 working days. If you haven’t received your order within 2 weeks, please let us know.

Can I combine shipping on two parcels?

While we'd love to be able to accommodate all requests, we're unable to combine shipping on two separate orders. We will need to cancel the order(s) so you can order everything together.

Why do some of my items look different colours?

We try our very best to get every item exactly the same but, as with fabrics and wallpaper, we cannot guarantee exact colour matches across different batches. If you feel there is too much of a discrepancy, please do get in touch with images and we can sort it out for you.

How do I care for my lovely jewellery?
