Orders and Payment
Payments can be made through the website by credit or debit card and we also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. Once the order is confirmed, we cannot cancel the payment.
Discounts cannot be added to orders once placed and sale discounts only apply on orders placed during the specified sale discount period. We cannot retrospectively apply sale discounts to orders.
Orders are not confirmed until they are shipped.
Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.
Shipping
Once you’ve purchased your items you’ll receive a confirmation email from splendette.com which will include your order number. Please keep this safe, just in case you need it in the future. If your item hasn’t reached you within 2 weeks, please drop us a line and we’ll do our best to help.
Unfortunately, we cannot combine orders once placed. If you need to add to your order, please contact us ASAP on hello@splendette.com so we can add to the order.
Returns Policy
Before returning anything, please send us an email, on hello@splendette.com with some details on the reason for return and please get in touch within 5 days of receiving your parcel. Unworn items with their packaging intact can be returned within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. We don’t offer refunds on any return postage. Unfortunately, earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Any returned earrings will be disposed of without a refund. We cannot cover the postage cost of returning items. Any fees incurred by us will be deducted from the refunded amount. All returns are the customer's responsibility until they are received by us.
Faulty Items
We do our very best to ensure that your Splendette items are of the best quality but if you do encounter any issues, please contact us on hello@spendette.com and so we can figure out the best thing to do for you. We are more than happy to replace or refund faulty items. We can’t offer refunds on any postage but are more than happy to do so on goods. We can’t take any responsibility for any returned items lost in the post so please send them recorded delivery. We’ll issue refunds as soon as possible and you’ll receive a confirmation email when it’s done. We will, of course, do our best to issue your refund on the day we receive the returned goods but please allow up to 10 working days for the funds to reach you as bank processing times will vary.
International Shipments
We charge different rates for international shipping, depending on your location. We cannot pay import or customs duty on returned items from outside the EU. Please clearly mark these as a return to avoid these charges and ensure the speedy passage of the goods to our premises.
Unacceptable Behaviour
We reserve the right to close the account of and block anyone considered to be exhibiting unacceptable behaviour or language towards our team. This includes threatening emails, telephone calls, meetings, and comments on social media or elsewhere. Examples of unacceptable behaviour include:
- insulting or degrading language, including inappropriate banter, innuendo or malicious allegations
- any form of physical violence or threats of physical violence
- derogatory racist, sexist, ageist, or homophobic remarks
- comments relating to disability, perceived gender, religion, belief, or any other personal characteristic
Other Stuff
Splendette reserves the right to cancel an order any time up to delivery. Orders are only accepted upon delivery of the goods.
While we try to ensure our stock levels are always correct, if we do ever run out of stock on an item, we will ship your order without it and refund the item ASAP. We aim to process these refunds within 48 hours of shipping.
Splendette, the Splendette logo and all jewellery designs remain the sole property of Splendette. Any reproduction of these is strictly forbidden. All photographs, logos and images remain the sole property of Splendette. Use of any intellectual property must be agreed prior to publishing.
