We send all items 1st Class and always use the signed for service, to ensure that if anything does go wrong, we’re able to help get your parcel to you as best we can.

Express Shipping £9.95 on all orders
Rest of World

If you have any special mailing requests, please get in touch via our contact page but please note, as we use a signed for service, we can’t ask for items to be left in a safe place. They should always need a signature!
International buyers must be responsible for any duty payments incurred.
Once an order is placed, we cannot add to the order or combine shipping on two separate orders.
While we hope you’re overjoyed with your Splendette purchases, we also understand that life ain’t perfect.
Before returning anything, please send us an email, on email@example.com with some details on the reason for return, just so we’re expecting your parcel and know how best to help you. Please get in touch within 5 days of receiving your parcel.
Unworn items with their packaging intact can be returned within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. Unfortunately, earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
We hope you don’t ever need to cancel your order but we get that things change so we’re happy to cancel any order, if needed. We can do this provided you haven’t yet received your ‘Order Complete’ email as this mail means your order has already shipped.
If you do need to cancel your order after payment, please drop us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you can, and we’ll be more than happy to reverse your payment. If your order has already shipped, I’m afraid we’ll need to treat it as a regular refund.
We do our very best to ensure that your Splendette items are of the best quality but if you do encounter any issues, please contact us on email@example.com and so we can figure out the best thing to do for you. We are more than happy to replace or refund faulty items.
We can’t offer refunds on any postage but are more than happy to do so on goods.
