We aim to ship orders within 2 working days of ordering but it may be longer during busy periods so please do bear with us!
If an item on your order is out of stock, we'll always try and email you to discuss a replacement but at busy times, we may need to just refund the missing item without offering a swap, sorry!

Royal Mail Tracked and Signed £8.95- free shipping on orders over £70. Please check exchange rates to ensure you're spending over this threshold.
- DHL European Shipping £20 on all orders.
Rest of World
- Royal Mail Tracked and Signed (where available) £10.95- free shipping on orders over £90. Please check exchange rates to ensure you're spending over this threshold.
- DHL Rest of World Shipping £30 on all orders.

International buyers must be responsible for any duty payments incurred. EU Customers are now liable for customs fees. Most EU customers will incur both VAT and customs processing fees. We're working on a solution for this.
We cannot combine shipping on two separate orders.
We are experiencing some delays at the Royal Mail Langley International Distribution Centre. This isn't all parcels, but if your parcel is standing still at Langley it is possibly delayed. Unfortunately Royal Mail are unable to provide us with extra information, but most parcels do clear through eventually. If you are at all worried about the delivery delay, please do get in touch with us via email at email@example.com, but most parcels are making it through.
While we hope you’re overjoyed with your Splendette purchases, we also understand that life ain’t perfect.
Before returning anything, please send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org with some details on the reason for return, just so we’re expecting your parcel and know how best to help you. Please get in touch within 5 days of receiving your parcel.
Unworn items with their packaging intact can be returned within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. We cannot cover the postage cost of returning items. Unfortunately, earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
We hope you don’t ever need to cancel your order but we get that things change so we’re happy to cancel any order, if needed. We can do this provided you haven’t yet received your ‘Order Complete’ email as this mail means your order has already shipped.
If you do need to cancel your order after payment, please drop us an email on email@example.com as soon as you can, and we’ll be more than happy to reverse your payment. If your order has already shipped, I’m afraid we’ll need to treat it as a regular refund.
We do our very best to ensure that your Splendette items are of the best quality but if you do encounter any issues, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and so we can figure out the best thing to do for you. We are more than happy to replace or refund faulty items.
We can’t offer refunds on any postage but are more than happy to do so on goods.
